 I'll let you decide on what format you wish to have all of this setup, I would suggest an underlined title, date added, then the body of the article underneath it. When you are adding new news/results add it at the top of the page, this is the format that people have come to expect from websites, even though it may not be the easiest way to set it up.

You may wish to use a line break between news reports, this is done by going to Insert on the menu bar and horizontal line.
